Want to read the Bible? Not sure where to start?
Introducing ULC-U 101…
As Christians, we believe the Bible is God’s Word to us. In it, God reveals who he is, how we’re called to live, and above all, he reveals what he’s done for us in Jesus Christ. Many Christians know this, believe this, and cherish God’s Word. And yet…the Bible is a big book, a complex book, and it can be intimidating to know where to begin or how to read it properly.
Enter, ULC-U 101: The Bible. In this course, Pastor Gabe will lead us in an overview of how we got the Bible, how to read it well, and above all unpack the grand narrative of Scripture and see the story we’re invited to live into.
This is the first course in a 4-part series of courses that ULC will offer in the year ahead, 2025-26.
We will offer this course again in the fall, followed by a course on Christian doctrine, a course on Christian history, and a discipleship course. We are looking forward to studying God’s Word with you!
ULC-U 101: The Bible will be between worship gatherings from June 1 through August 3 at 10am in The Common Cup. No pressure to commit to every week, but if you’re interested in attending this summer, please sign up for the group to stay in the know. Questions? Contact Pastor Gabe at gabe@ulcannarbor.org.
